Two new appointments in our claims department

We are delighted to announce that Rebecca Taylor has been promoted to the role of Claims Relationship Manager, assuming overall responsibility for our multi-disciplinary Claims Relationship Team as we continue to engage with customers, brokers, coverholders and colleagues to ensure the delivery of a consistent, quality and valued claims service.

We also warmly welcome Alexandra Williamson into the Pen family as she joins the team as Claims Relationship Manager dedicated to supporting our specialist Hazardous Goods & Environmental Industries business unit.
